Is my data kept private?
Yes. Each account's data is isolated at the database level — no other organisation can see it. All traffic runs over HTTPS, application credentials are encrypted at rest, and if you'd like, we can anonymise sensitive data such as ERP product codes before it's saved. What's included in support?
All plans include email support. Professional and Enterprise tiers add priority response times.
Who can see our production data?
Only your organisation's users. LineKeep is multi-tenant by design — every account's plants, tools, and records are scoped so they're never visible to another company using the app.
Do I need an ERP system to use LineKeep?
No. Equipment wear tracking works with manually-entered readings out of the box — ERP integration is an optional automation you can connect later, not a requirement.
