Who this applies to

This policy covers both this marketing website (linekeep.io) and the LineKeep application (app.linekeep.io). For any privacy question or data request, reach out via our contact page — it goes directly to the person who runs LineKeep, and requests are handled personally.

What we collect

On this marketing site: standard analytics data (pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics and Google Ads, and anything you send us directly by email.

In the app: the account and contact information you register with, and the operational data your organisation enters — plants, zones, shifts, work centers, tools, and tool-change records. This data belongs to your organisation; we don't use it for any purpose beyond running the service for you.

Cookies & analytics

This site loads Google Analytics and Google Ads (gtag.js) to understand traffic and measure ad performance. These set cookies and may share data with Google under Google's own privacy terms. You can opt out at any time using your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The app itself uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in.

On first visit, a cookie consent banner asks you to accept or reject analytics/ad cookies. Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage happens until you choose — we use Google's Consent Mode, so these cookies default to blocked for EEA/UK visitors until you accept. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

How we use data

To run and improve the product, respond to support requests, and understand how the marketing site is used. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your organisation's operational data with other tenants or third parties — each account's data is kept isolated at the database level.

Data security

• All traffic to the app and this site is served over HTTPS.
• Application credentials and secrets are stored encrypted at rest, not in plain text.
• Each account's data is scoped and isolated in the database — one organisation cannot see another's records.
• Access to production data is limited to what's needed to operate and support the service.

Data retention & your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time via our contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within a few business days. If you're in the EU/EEA, this reflects the rights you have under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, and portability).

Children's privacy

LineKeep is a business tool for manufacturing operations and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

As the product and how it's operated evolve (including if it moves under a registered company), this policy will be updated and the date above will change. Material changes will be reflected here — please check back periodically.

Governing law
