Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use this website, the demo, or the LineKeep app.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who you're agreeing with

By using this website, requesting a demo, or using the LineKeep app at app.linekeep.io, you're agreeing to these terms. Reach out via our contact page for anything related to these terms.

2. What LineKeep is

LineKeep is software for tracking equipment wear, shift checklists, and production traceability in manufacturing environments. It's an early-stage, actively developed product: features, pricing, and plans may change as it grows, and we'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes to active users.

3. Trials and demos

Where offered, free trials or demo access do not require a credit card and can be cancelled or simply left to expire at any time, with no obligation to continue. Pricing and plan details shown on this site are indicative — final terms for paid use are confirmed directly with you before any commitment.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately via our contact page if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Your data

Data you or your organisation enter into LineKeep (plants, zones, shifts, tools, and related records) belongs to you. We don't use it for anything beyond operating the service for you, and we don't share it with other tenants. See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled and secured.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use LineKeep to do anything illegal, to attempt to access another organisation's data, to disrupt or overload the service, or to reverse-engineer or resell the product without agreement.

7. Availability

As an early-stage product, LineKeep doesn't currently carry a formal uptime guarantee (SLA). We take reliability seriously and aim for high availability, but planned maintenance or unexpected issues can occur. Enterprise customers with specific availability requirements should raise them directly — they can be discussed and agreed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of liability

LineKeep is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service is limited. This is standard early-stage SaaS language — if you need a fuller agreement for procurement purposes, get in touch and we can work through it directly.

9. Termination

You can stop using LineKeep and request account/data deletion at any time via our contact page. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable use terms above, with notice where practical.

10. Changes to these terms

As the product matures — including if it moves under a registered company — these terms will be updated and the date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the EU, reflecting where the product is developed. This section is a placeholder pending formal company registration and legal review — reach out if you need clarification for your jurisdiction.

12. Contact
